Cope Collision Center was started in 1963 as Cope Automotive Incorporated and has been serving the Treasure Valley for over 40 years, as an independent collision repair center. Located in Meridian, Idaho, Cope Collision Center is owned and operated by Rick Cope. Rick began working for Cope back in 1976 for his father and eventually purchased the business from him. Our shop has been I-CAR Gold class since 1995 with Certified I-CAR Auto Repair Technicians to repair your vehicle back to factory specifications. We at Cope Collision Center understand how hard and confusing collisions can be. That is why we are dedicated to helping you with your accident from start to finish. We have a 24-hour towing service to pick up your vehicle anytime and anywhere your accident happens. Non-drivable are worked in as soon as we get customer notification or insurance assignment which ever comes first. (All non-drivable vehicles will be torn down with owner’s written consent to keep down on supplement items and delays in shop). If your vehicle is drivable then you will be contacted as soon as we get an insurance assignment to set up a time to do your damage repair estimate, at your convience. We schedule appointments do all estimates on drivable vehicles. (All estimates on drivable vehicles are prepared on visual damage only.) You are then notified of your repair time and costs. Once the vehicle is deemed repairable and we have received written consent, we will order parts and get the vehicle scheduled in for repairs. While your vehicle is in our shop rest assured it will be well taken care of. You will be given update calls 3 times per week to inform you of what is being done to repair your vehicle back to pre-accident condition, to insure that we are working on it and let you know of any possible delays. We work very hard with All insurance companies to insure that your vehicle is back on the road in pre-accident condition. Along with your car getting back on the road in a timely manner we offer a Written Warranty on repairs done at our facility, which is backed All insurance companies we work directly with.
